Went to the trick or treating at the Mall

For once, Arianna had every right to look bored and annoyed.  It. sucked.  Such a waste of time, and we went out to it during the winds and rain of Hurricane Sandy.

We made the most of it though (But seriously, out of the 100 something stores in this mall (it's a huge mall) only SEVEN places were passing out stuff, and it was mostly stickers.  After "trick or treating" we treated the kids, and ourselves, to some frozen yogurt, and we had more fun sitting down and talking then anything else.  We were there until the mall closed, and the girls liked running through the dark mall.

As we were leaving, to go out to the car, it was SO windy outside! We came home to find the winds had knocked a tree over in the tree lawn... It didn't hit our house, gate, or the neighbors car, but it took our cable/internet line down with it.

 

And then about two hours after we got home, the electricity went out.
